HubSpot Inc. has introduced new AI tools to increase the productivity of marketing, support, and customer success teams. With over 205,000 customers worldwide, HubSpot offers software-as-a-service products in marketing, sales, and customer service.

New Platform: Content Hub

HubSpot expands its portfolio with a new platform called Content Hub. Companies can use it to create and manage marketing content more efficiently. Content Hub includes an AI tool that generates promotional content such as product descriptions. Marketers can specify parameters such as the topic, and the tool will generate suitable text. The AI models also generate images.

Another AI tool called Content Remix automatically converts content into different formats. For example, a blog post can serve as the basis for a promotional email or a landing page.

Automation in Customer Service

Another product update involves Service Hub, which supports customer service teams in their daily work. A new feature is an AI assistant that can automate routine tasks to increase the productivity of helpdesk employees. The chatbot automatically answers common customer questions and provides helpdesk agents with tips for responding to inquiries. The AI also processes support tickets in multiple languages.

Paul Weston, General Manager and Senior Director of Product at HubSpot, emphasizes the importance of customer success: “There was a very important piece missing for B2B companies and that’s customer success and management. That’s where you get into retaining and growing your customers. That was a lightbulb moment for us about how we can delight those customers and the voice of the customer,” reports SiliconANGLE.

API for Commerce Hub

In addition to updates in marketing and service, Commerce Hub, HubSpot’s B2B commerce platform, has also received new features. This includes an API for processing payments and subscriptions as well as an integration to synchronize transaction data with the accounting software QuickBooks.

The improved data integration allows finance teams to gain a clearer overview of income and expenses. This is expected to lead to more efficient accounting and better budget planning.
